RETURNS POLICY

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for returns, the product
Must be undamaged, in new or like-new condition.
Must include all original attachments, manuals, and other accessories in the original package.
Products under the following conditions cannot be returned:
Does not include all original accessories, attachments, or packaging, or any item that is not in new or like-new condition, i.e. with cracks, dents, or scratches.
Any defect or damage of the product caused by improper use of or unauthorised modification to the product, including exposure to moisture, entry of foreign objects (water, oil, sand, etc.) or improper installation or operation.
The return request is not sent to Waydoo within 30 calendar days.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
You have up to 30 days to start your return process from the moment you receive the item. Please include the original packaging with your return.
PLEASE NOTE
You will need to pay a 15% restocking fee on any returns.
We are NOT responsible for the return shipping cost of items in good condition.
We are only responsible for the shipping cost for the return of the products with manufacturing defects.
Items from different orders cannot be returned with the same package.
